1.5 PB and honey sandwich on homemade whole wheat
1 cup milk

Snack: 2 egg yolks

Exercise: 1/2 hour walk pushing triple stroller

Just scooting over to wish you luck... I wish I could get motivated.. my excuse was the twins, but if you can get off your tush with 9 including your twins.. I have NO excuse... lol.. Thanks for the comment, and it's not so much easier as they get older, just diferent... as I'm sure you are noticing... lol..
